We operate regional pricing outside of the United Kingdom. We also cover all customs charges for Europe in the final price at the checkout.

RETURNS

We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.

Head over to  ROYAL MAIL RETURNS and follow the on-page instructions to create your shipping label. You’ll need your order number to complete this.

Either print your label and attach securely to your package or download it on your mobile device and take it to a Post Office that offers a label printing service. (More details can be found on the label printing page.)

Send your package off to our workshop. Make sure you get a proof of postage and note down your tracking details, just in case.

Returns must be made within 90 days of delivery and must be in a clean, unused state.

If you wish to exchange something in your order please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund.

All of our waxed canvas products are covered by our Lifetime guarantee, unless otherwise stated.

We offer a free repairs service that covers defects in workmanship & materials.

• Third-Party / Customer Alterations.

• Misuse of the product. 

• Factory Seconds / Sample Sale products. 

• User-Customised / Modified products.

REPAIRS

If your item is in need of repair, please see our dedicated Repairs page for all the information required.

If your Trakke product is covered by our lifetime guarantee and the repair required is covered, there will be no cost to repair.

If your item is not covered, please email basecamp@trakke.co.uk for more information and a quote for repair.

Repairs are usually completed within one month but can take longer during peak times.

On rare occasions, we may have to pause our Repairs service, please consult the Repairs page for more information.

Please be sure to clean and empty your product before sending it back for repair.

The workshop team will not handle or repair any bag or item that is returned with unhygenic marks that can be cleaned before sendng or any items left in pockets, compartments or attached to the bag.

Before sending your item back to us, please brush off any dust, sand, or general debris from the outside, main compartment and all pockets of the bag, and ensure any dirt or stains are sponged off.

Items that are sent back to us dirty, or with belongings inside will not be repaired and may incur charges for return shipment.

This is not a service we offer at this time.

Our buyback scheme allows customers to return any Trakke bag that isn’t getting the love it deserves, and we’ll restore it and send it out on a new journey.

By restoring unwanted bags, we ensure that less waste goes to landfill, and that every bag we make is used for as long as possible - ensuring that the energy we used to make it was worthwhile.
