IMPORTANT CHANGES: Orders & Shipping
Over the last few years, we’ve always made bags to order. That means you’ve been waiting for up to four weeks to receive your order – and in a world of amazon prime and next day delivery, that’s a big ask!
So we’ve decided it’s time for a change.
We’re committed to offering the best possible service to you, our customers. So, at the start of October, we’ll be making some changes to our services:
We know that many of you don’t want to wait to receive your bags, so we’ve been working hard to streamline our production to make it more efficient. As a result we’ll be reducing our lead times by almost half.
With more and more international customers shopping with us, we’ve made some changes to our shipping services too.
First, we’re implementing end-to-end tracking, wherever you are in the world. That means you’re kept in the loop while your bag makes its journey over to you.
Not only that, but we’ll be reducing our international shipping charges by up to 30%! It’s going to be easier than ever to order from overseas!
In order to make these changes, we’re having to reduce the size of our range a little. As a small team (with a lot of customers) we’re struggling to keep up, so we’re going to limit the availability of some bags.
These bags will always be available online:

But some bags won’t always be available. They’ll be subject to availability:

For these bags, we won’t be able to take requests. We’ll make batches of them occasionally, and list our stock online. Then, when they’re gone, they’re gone until the next batch gets made.
If you would like to order one of these bags, please place your orders before 1st October 2017.
Otherwise, we can’t guarantee their availability.
This might come as a blow to some of you, but we’re keeping our most popular packs online all the time, and we’ll be offering a better service than ever before. If all goes to plan, we’ll be able to reintroduce more bags into our ‘stock’ lines as we grow!
