On the 20th December, we close our doors for a well-earned Christmas break.
Here's everything you need to know while we're away:
Christmas Order Deadlines
UK orders placed before 12pm GMT on the 20th December will be shipped and arrive before Christmas.
The deadline for international orders guaranteed for Christmas was the 16th December. Orders placed after this date may arrive in time, but are not guaranteed.
Last Shipping Dates
Orders placed before 12pm GMT on the 20th December will be shipped before we leave.
Any orders placed between the 20th December and the 6th January will ship as soon as possible when we return.
Our whole team will be taking a well-earned break, so we won't be responding to emails. You might find the answer to your question in our FAQ's, but if not, we'll do our best to help you when we get back on the 6th January.
Returns & Repairs
If you would like to return your bag, or send something back for repair, please fill out this form and return your bag to us. We will process your request when we're back on the 6th January. Please note that we don't offer exchanges, so if you'd like to swap your item for something else, it's best to place a new order and submit a return for your unwanted item.
Out of Stock Items
Christmas is a busy time of year for us, and there's a good chance some products will sell out while we are away. Rest assured that we will be making more bags as soon as we're back, and getting them online as soon as we can. If the bag you would like is out of stock, sign up for the Restock Notifications on the product page and you'll be the first to know when it's back online.
