Due to the coronavirus lockdown in the UK, our workshop is temporarily closed.
As all of our talented machinists are now at home, there will be no fresh stock added to the website until further notice. As such, when online stock runs out, it won’t be replenished until we can re-open.
We will still be taking online orders, but for the time being, we have made the following amendments to our usual service:
We will only despatch post once a week, on Tuesdays.
As such, if you place an order on Wednesday, for example, please do not expect it to be despatched before the following Tuesday. Orders placed before 11:30am on Tuesdays will be shipped on the same day. UPS, who handle our shipping, continue to operate ‘as usual’, but given the high strain on the postal service, it is likely that some orders will experience delays in transit.
We have extended our returns period to 90 days.
We would strongly recommend that you do not return your item until we are back at the workshop to receive it. We will not have staff on site to collect and process your return, and with the postal service already under strain, we want to minimise the risk of your item being lost in transit.
Our Repairs service is suspended until we re-open.
Please do not send your repairs to us until you receive further information from us.
You may experience delays.
We continue to monitor your emails. However, due to staff shortages, you may not receive a response as quickly as usual. We endeavour to respond to all emails within 3 working days.
We understand that many of these changes are inconvenient. Please bear with us during this challenging time as we try to protect the safety and wellbeing of all of our team.
We hope to resume normal service as soon as it is safe to do so.
