RETURNS
- Free UK Returns.
- Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Sample Sale orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
- Items must be clean, unused and in sellable condition.
- International returns must be made at your own expense.
- Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable. Note that EU orders may now be subject to these charges.
- Please note that if you choose not to pay customs charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the price of the product. We will not refund your original shipping cost or customs charges.
- To expedite our returns process, we do not offer exchanges.

I had tried the larger version of this bag last summer but it was simply too big for my frame, and I was worried that the straps would also be too wide on this version (as they cut into my shoulders quite a bit with the bigger bag, and is same straps as the bigger bag). Happy I went to the shop in person to try it out as we were able to fuss about with the adjusting the straps a bit, and actually now it's worn in and softened, it's super comfortable. So for people who have struggled with the width of straps, I'd say give this smaller bag a go and perhaps make the straps slightly looser than you think... and yeh in a couple of weeks after some long bike rides it could be okay. Beyond that it is a real thing of beauty, compact but still fits all my completely irrelevant junk in it with room for actual necessary items as well. Smaller size means I'm not overloading my back too much, so ultimately a good thing. I have already customised it with my Rebel ***** patch so I guess that's the lifelong committment made there!

Wow. This backpack is next level. It is made with so much love and consideration, every detail is perfect. I’m small and it fits my small frame, it offers two convenient zip pockets, a key clip, a large compartment for all my essentials and space for my writing pad. I’ve used it to go wild swimming, commute to work, travel, in and out of the car, for shopping... It’s perfect and ABSOLUTELY worth the money. Thank you so much!!

DenmarkLove it. There is a zipped pocket on the outside of the pack that you can get to without having to unbuckle the main opening. Didn’t see this in the description when placing the order.
