We build bags for life — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it better.

Whether your product didn’t meet expectations when it arrived, or it’s no longer standing up to the adventures you’ve taken it on, we’ll put things right with a repair, replacement, or refund. If it’s on us, we’ll make it right. If it’s on you, we’ll still do all we can to help.

Free UK Returns

Changed your mind? No problem.

You can return any unused product within 123 days of ordering, free of charge. Just send it back with the original packaging — clean, unused, and in a sellable condition.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days — you’ll get an email confirmation when it’s done.

How to Return

  1. Fill in a Returns Form
    Pop your item in a box with your completed returns form. Can’t find it? Get in touch — we’ll send another. Without it, we won’t know who sent the item.
  2. Print Your Label
    Visit our DPD Returns Portal to create your label. You can either:
    • Print it at home, or
    • Have it printed at one of 11,000+ DPD Parcel Shops.
    Then, drop off your parcel at your nearest DPD shop.

International Returns

Wherever you are in the world, we’re still here to help.

If you’re having trouble with your order, drop us a line — we might be able to resolve things quickly without needing a return. We are more than happy to send a zip pull or small fabric swatch as a way to avoid shipping items across the globe.

If you do need to send something back:

  • Include a completed returns form with your package.
  • You’re responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and fit for resale.

Warranty & Faults

Every bag we send is checked by hand — but on the rare occasion something slips through, we’ll sort it.

We’ll repair, replace, or refund any faulty product. If you think there’s an issue, contact us first — we might be able to help without you needing to post it back.

If a return is needed:

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your costs if it’s a manufacturing fault.
