Due to incredible demand, orders may take a bit longer than usual to be dispatched. Thank you for your support and patience during this time!
Our last month of trading will be March 2025. After this, no further orders can be placed with us.
We have done our very best to support British manufacturing for the last 15 years.
However, due to the ongoing challenges posed by the current economy, rising manufacturing costs, and other operational constraints, we have made the very difficult decision that we can no longer sustain our operations.
At the moment, we are planning for a complete closure, with all operations winding down. While we can never predict the future, for now, we are fully focused on winding up the business in an orderly manner.
It is unlikely that new stock of out of stock products will be produced.
We don’t have any stockists but you can still find second hand Trakke bags on online auction sites and forums.
Yes, you can still collect your order however you must collect your order within 14 days of placing your order or let us know if you are unable to collect your order. Orders not collected during this window will not be refunded and you will not be able to collect your order.

ORDERS, RETURNS & WARRANTIES
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned for a refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend existing orders or merge multiple orders. If you have placed an order containing incorrect information, please cancel it and place a new order.
Yes, you can still return your item provided it is clean and unused condition.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it.
You must return your item to us within 14 days notifying us about your return to receive a full refund.
As we are closing down, we can no longer offer a lifetime warranty on any products purchased from us. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, as we prepare for closure, we are no longer accepting repair requests.
