Lovely quality but one issue

This backpack is a quality item, beautifully made and just the right size for a day trip. The only issue for me, maybe as a woman, is that the straps are wide and set a little too far apart for me. It wasn’t obvious in the shop but once it was loaded up on my first awayday, I found that the straps cut into the tops of my arms if I strode out and swung my arms. It’s unfortunate as for me it was the one thing that made it less than perfect.
